Wow!  We took a chance on this product and have to say it exceeded our expectations!  We first used it frying up fish at the lake.  Worked great and the design kept our fried fish warm.  The actual oil reservoir is small, but that also means it uses less oil and there is less to dispose of after frying.   We also love that it folds up flat.  It was ideal to take along in our RV.  We found it still worked perfectly in the Colorado mountains at 10,000 feet!  A final bonus was the excellent customer service we received.  Highly recommend this product and company!
