Everything tastes better with bacon and these venison rolls are even better when you fry ’em in the saucer.

Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
Olive oil

Bacon-venison-rolls21. Cut venison into strips or 1×1 medallion size.
2. Marinate venison in 2 tablespoons of Dijon Mustard, dash of salt & pepper,2 tablespoons of olive oil.
3. Roll venison in flour and then cover one piece venison with one piece of bacon.
4. Roll strips of bacon and venison together and stick a toothpick to keep together.
5. Drop in hot oil in saucer and cook to your crispiness liking.
