Bacon Venison Rolls
Everything tastes better with bacon and these venison rolls are even better when you fry ’em in the saucer.
Ingredients:
Bacon
Venison
Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
Olive oil
1. Cut venison into strips or 1×1 medallion size.
2. Marinate venison in 2 tablespoons of Dijon Mustard, dash of salt & pepper,2 tablespoons of olive oil.
3. Roll venison in flour and then cover one piece venison with one piece of bacon.
4. Roll strips of bacon and venison together and stick a toothpick to keep together.
5. Drop in hot oil in saucer and cook to your crispiness liking.

Fryin’ Saucer Kettle Chips
1. Slice potato into thin slices.
2. Drop into hot oil.
3. Cook until crisp.
4. Drain on side and season with salt.
