We ship via UPS and generally send your order out within 24 hours of receiving it during weekdays. Weekend orders  may take 1-2 days to ship out.  We know you’re excited, so we’re on top of it!

A. Wind can play a factor in the temperature of the oil. Place Fryin Saucer out of the wind. We also sell a Wind Skirt to solve this problem.

A. Sometimes the igniter wire gets bent away from burner due to transportation or improper storage. Make sure the spark wire is close to the burner. Slowly bend wire back into place. If this does not work, use a light stick. Do not use a blow torch!

Y. Yes. You can boil water in it to cook brats, pasta, boiled eggs etc. When all done you can even clean your dishes in it.

A. We recommend using paper towels.  You can use soap and water, but the surface is designed to accept the oil.
